Omega members can now enjoy delicious, healthy, affordable, meals available at Omega! Each meal comes prepackaged and prepared by registered & experienced chef Shaloom made in a commercial kitchen offsite. Each meal is balanced & healthy.

Here’s how it works. A new menu is posted weekly. Saturday, place your order for the upcoming week. Your meals will be prepared fresh the day of and delivered to Omega. Monday menu items are delivered Monday, Tuesday items on Tuesday etc. 

Each meal has provided macros & nutritional information  

note: each day the chef prepares one dish fresh & delivers it to Omega, so you can pickup pre or post workout  

No dishes, no shopping, no prep - grab & go when you visit.
