Question: What is the return/exchange policy?

Answer: We want you to love your OMEGA Wear. Items can be returned within 1 week with all original tags attached, in unwashed and unworn condition. Returns will be processed in the same method payment was originally made. For exchanges, please allow up to 2 weeks for your new order to arrive. For out of province purchases where shipping is required, items must be mailed within 1 week - contact us directly about your return at omegahealthandfitnessnl@gmail.com 

Question: Do you offer free shipping?

Answer: Yes! We offer free shipping on orders $100 or more.

Question: Do you ship to the USA?

Answer: Yes! We throughout North America.

Question: How quickly are orders ready?

Answer: Orders are available for pickup /ship within 1-2 weeks. You will be contacted when your order is processed. Please note: Due to our location on an island, we may be subject to shipping delays with weather. 

Question: What are the washing instructions?

Answer: All items come with washing/drying instructions! Please follow these to ensure the longevity of your OMEGA Wear.

Question: Who is the shipping carrier?

Answer: Once we receive your order, we will ship with Canada Post next day. You have the option to choose express or standard shipping on orders under $100. Orders over $100 have free, express shipping.
